2023 Playback: A Year in Review
Avneet Takhar
Another year wrapped up, folks and it’s been an emotional one. With lots that has happened in the world at large, workspaces that continue to feel the ripple effects of the pandemic, and AI coming into huge influence- especially in tech spaces, it’s been ever-evolving changes that our Indigenous communities, us and other organizations have felt impacted by.
Amongst all of this, we’re grateful that we’re able to do the work that we do, made possible by our amazing customers, partners and team. And so with that, we invite you to dive in with us on all that’s taken place in 2023.

🪶 OneFeather receiving recognition by the federal government of our easier online status card process, and acknowledgement that the paper application they offer has systemic issues. The Globe & Mail also highlighted innovative technology we’re using for Indigenous communities to bank and vote.
