A new layer of protection for your OneFeather account

We've added multi-factor authentication (MFA) to your OneFeather account. It's one more way we're working to keep your account, and your community's data, safe and sovereign.

When you log in and open your account settings, you'll now see the option to turn on MFA whenever you're ready. Switching it on means signing in takes one extra step, a quick code from a text, a phone call, or an authenticator app, to confirm it's really you. So even if someone gets hold of your password, your account stays protected.

We know that adjusting your login routine can feel like a hassle, and we've tried to make it flexible. If your cell service is unreliable, an authenticator app works without any signal, and you can set up more than one method so you're never locked out. One thing to know before you start: once you turn MFA on, you'll need to keep at least one method enabled on your account going forward.

Protecting the information you trust us with matters deeply to us, and turning on MFA is a simple way to give your account stronger protection right now.

Want to set it up, or have questions? Our step-by-step guide walks you through the process.
